Fernando has defended the interests of his clients in commercial, corporate and insolvency-related legal proceedings. In particular, he has advised on litigation concerning directors’ liability, challenging corporate resolutions, corporate transactions, structural modifications, commercial contracts, and all issues arising in insolvency proceedings. He provides specialised legal advice on commercial law, corporate law and insolvency law, by resolving queries and drafting legal opinions.

Career

Fernando Cerdá Albero joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021 as Of Counsel in the Barcelona office. Prior to this, he was a partner at a well-known Spanish firm.
