Fernando has been a partner of Deloitte Abogados' employment practice since May 2014.
Prior to that he was the managing partner of the employment practice at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo and head of the CMS Employment Group at international level, which consists of 200 lawyers located in 56 offices worldwide.
He also worked in the Garrigues' employment practice in Madrid for eleven years.
