Fernanda Guimarães Hernandez

Doctor of Law (J.D), Sciences, Law of Economics and Finance, University of São Paulo, in the subfield of Tax Law, São Paulo, 2010. Founder of the Advocacia Fernanda Hernandez and has experience for more than thirty years. Member of the Superior Counsel of Law of the FECOMERCIO/SP. Many publications in specialized journals and six-monthly papers presented do the Federal University of São Paulo during her Doctor Degree. Final doctorate thesis regarding the CFEM (Compensation due from Mining exploration). Bachelor degree in law by Law School College at University of São Paulo, 1985.

Fernanda Hernandez is part of a select team of distinguished professionals, who combine their extensive experience with individual work in the service of companies that are often unfairly involved in dispute resolutions, with a focus on tax in the Superior Courts. In 2024, she was recognized in several prestigious publications, including Chambers and Partners (Band 1), The Legal 500 (Top Tier), Análise Advocacia, Análise Advocacia Regional, Análise Advocacia Mulheres, Leaders League and Top Lawyers. Additionally, she received the highest honor awarded by the OAB/DF, the “Medalha Myrthes Gomes de Campos”.
