Biography

Fentrice D. Driskell is a Tampa Bay native, a nationally respected attorney, and is recognized by Best Lawyers in the practice area of Antitrust Law. Widely recognized as a trailblazer and impassioned advocate for her clients and all Floridians, she serves as the Minority Leader of the Florida House of Representatives and represents the residents of House District 67 throughout North Tampa and Hillsborough County. Prior to joining Swope, Rodante P.A. as a partner in 2024, Ms. Driskell served as Of Counsel and Shareholder at a prestigious national law firm.

Ms. Driskell earned her Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. Following law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Anne C. Conway of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Ms. Driskell's legal excellence has been recognized by numerous respected legal organizations. She holds the prestigious AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, awarded to attorneys demonstrating the highest levels of legal ability and ethical standards. She has also been recognized by Super Lawyers every year since 2011, including as a Rising Star from 2011–2019 and a Super Lawyer from 2020 to the present.
