Félix-Olivier Hébert

Félix-Olivier Hébert is an associate within the Real Estate group in Montréal. He advises and represents clients in various aspects of real estate law, as financing, investment properties and joint ventures, drafting and negotiating contracts, and acquisitions and dispositions.

In addition to his real estate practice, Félix-Olivier has practised in corporate/commercial law within Fasken. He is asked to intervene and advises in mergers and acquisitions, financing and compliance matters.
