Félix practises in the area of bank financing and represents clients in relation to every kind of debt transaction. Trained in civil and common law, he serves the needs of a diversified clientele in Canada and worldwide.

Félix represents national and international lenders, including lending syndicates and borrowers. His expertise is required in relation to debt financings, project financings, acquisition financings, asset securitizations, sales of receivables and debt restructurings.

Félix oversees multidisciplinary teams of specialists from a variety of areas, including tax, environmental, construction, employment and insolvency law. He also negotiates and drafts a multitude of loan documents, including credit agreements, security documents, subordination and inter-creditor agreements and other related documents.
