Biography
Felicia Pasculli is an attorney at Rivkin Radler LLP in Uniondale, New York, where she focuses her practice on elder law, special needs planning, and trusts and estates. She works with individuals and families to address legal and financial issues that arise as loved ones age, including long-term care planning, asset protection strategies, and planning for individuals with disabilities.
Felicia’s commitment to elder law was shaped by her personal experience navigating complex health care and government systems while caring for her own parents, both of whom lived with dementia. That experience gave her a firsthand understanding of the challenges families face when dealing with cognitive decline, long-term care decisions, and public benefit programs.
Today, Felicia advocates for older adults, individuals with dementia or cognitive impairments, and children and adults with special needs. She regularly assists clients with elder law planning, Medicaid planning, special needs trusts, and estate planning designed to protect assets while helping families plan for future care needs.
Felicia approaches her work with compassion and practical insight, helping clients in Uniondale and throughout the surrounding New York communities navigate elder law and estate planning matters with clarity and thoughtful guidance.
