Fadi Amine

Fadi Amine specializes in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in class actions, complex commercial disputes, international commercial arbitration, consumer protection, competition law, advertising law, franchising and product distribution. As part of his insurance practice, he focuses on professional liability, product liability, and civil liability. Fadi has acted as legal counsel before all levels of Quebec courts and before the Supreme Court of Canada. He has developed particular expertise in urgent proceedings, including injunctions and safeguard measures.

Fadi received the Litigation Star awards for his practice in Commercial Litigation, Class Action and Insolvency from Benchmark Canada (2020- 2024).
