Fabrizio Sardella

Fabrizio is counsel of the Firm since 2016.

He was admitted to the Italian Bar of Milan in 2006 and he deals with defence and assistance of individuals and companies in criminal proceedings.

He is specialized in economic criminal law and in particular in the drafting of Organisational Models. He is also member of several supervisory bodies set forth by Legislative Decree 231/2001 for primary companies, both Italian and foreign.

Fabrizio graduated in law at Università Carlo Cattaneo in Castellanza in 2002 and in 2004 he achieved the Postgraduate Specialization Diploma for Legal Professions at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

Since February 2005 Fabrizio is a guest lecturer in seminars and lessons of criminal law and economic criminal law at Università Carlo Cattaneo in Castellanza and he is also a teacher in the field of criminal and administrative liability of companies as per Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Fabrizio speaks fluent Italian and English.
