Fabienne Beauvais

Fabienne Beauvais is a Partner in our Insurance Law Practice Group. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, especially professional liability cases.

Over the years, she has acquired a rich and diversified experience with numerous areas, from mortgage foreclosures to tax litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, and guarantees.

For over 20 years now, she has acted for the Fonds d’assurance de la responsabilité professionnelle de la Chambre des notaires du Québec, defending notaries or the Fonds itself. She also acts for engineers in professional liability cases.
