F. Michael "Mike" Taylor

Mike, a partner with Hull Barrett, has 38 years of trial experience. He tried his first jury trial in 1989 and since then has tried over a 100 cases to verdict in the State and Federal Courts. His litigation experience early on was varied and included both criminal and civil matters, however, he eventually developed a general insurance defense practice with an emphasis on defense of businesses and trucking companies in tort matters. Over time he also began defending hospitals and health care providers. Over the last several years Mike has expanded his practice to include representing plaintiffs and defendants in both tort and business disputes. Mike handles case from pre-suit investigation through suit, discovery and final-judgment. No matter the type of case Mike handles, he believes that preparation, knowledge of the applicable law and willingness to try cases is the key to success.
