Michael Fitzpatrick, a senior partner of Arnett, Draper & Hagood, concentrates on civil litigation and has tried many cases in state and federal courts. Mr. Fitzpatrick's experience includes a variety of cases in medical; hospital and dental negligence; health care law; general product and drug liability; aviation law; and business/commercial litigation. Mr. Fitzpatrick is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Tennessee, the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Practicing law since 1975, Mr. Fitzpatrick graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1974, and was nominated to the Order of the Coif, a legal scholastic honor society. Prior experience includes service in the United States Army as an intelligence unit commander with the 101st Airborne Division (Airmobile) in the Republic of South Vietnam.
