Biography
Eyal Berger focuses his practice on bankruptcy law, creditors’ rights, and insolvency problems. He protects the interests of financial institutions and lessors as secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, assisting them in preserving and/or repossessing their collateral.
Eyal has served as counsel in well-known bankruptcy proceedings, including the representation of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors for the Estate of Rothstein, Rosenfeldt & Adler, P.A., the representation of over sixty homeowners in the Ginn bankruptcy proceeding, and the representation of Pan American Hospital Corporation in its Chapter 11 reorganization proceeding.
