Evan Critchlow

Evan J. Critchlow is a member of the firm’s Product Liability and Warranty practice groups. He represents distributers, manufacturers, and retailers in breach of warranty, product liability, catastrophic injury, and fraud matters throughout the California state and federal court system.

Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo LLP, Evan was an associate at a national defense firm representing a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies and international insurance carriers to public entities and individuals.

A graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, Evan was a Lead Articles Editor for the San Diego Law Review. While in law school, Evan served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William V. Gallo of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He also served as a law clerk in the Major Frauds Section for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
