Eryn Fanjoy

Eryn Fanjoy is a partner working out of the Toronto office of Thorsteinssons LLP.

Eryn advises clients in all areas of income tax law, including corporate reorganizations and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border structures and executive compensation.
Eryn advises investment funds and their managers and advisors in connection with structuring and other fund-related tax issues. Eryn also practises in the areas of personal taxation, estate planning and trust taxation for individuals and families.

Eryn advises clients in their dealings with Canada Revenue Agency and the Ministry of Finance on tax matters.

Prior to joining Thorsteinssons, Eryn was an associate at a national law firm.
