Ernst Eisenbeis

Ernst Eisenbeis studied law at the Universities of Bayreuth and Bonn. He joined CBH attorneys in 1987 when he was admitted to the bar. Here he is active in all areas of individual and collective labour law. The focus of his activities as a lawyer is in advising employers on business changes and representing executives.

Ernst Eisenbeis is a specialist lawyer for labour law. He is co-editor of the trade journal “FA-Fachanwalt Arbeitsrecht” and, together with his partners Werner M. Mues and Dr. Jörg Laber, author of the “Handbuch Kündigungsrecht”, co-author of the “Münchener Anwaltshandbuch zum Arbeitsrecht”, co-author of the “Handbuch des Arbeitsrechts”, co-author of the “Frankfurter Kommentar zur Insolvenzverordnung” as well as of the “Handbuch des Fachanwalts Insolvenzrecht”.

For years, the JUVE Handbook has continuously identified Ernst Eisenbeis as a frequently recommended lawyer in the field of employment law at CBH. In the Handelsblatt ranking ” Deutschlands Beste Anwälte 2020″, Ernst Eisenbeis was also awarded for the field of employment law.
