He provides legal advice on labor and social security matters and even legal representation in litigation cases to important companies from different industries such as pharmaceuticals, IT, big data, fund investments, oil & gas, music, services and commerce.

The activities he carries out include multiple services related to the analysis and execution of hiring structures (including outsourcing), due diligence, registration of companies that start activities in Mexico, analysis of labor benefits, hiring of staff and termination of employment relationships, negotiation, legitimization and revision of Collective Bargaining Agreements, interpretation of national legislation and international treaties and application of Official Mexican Standards in labor matters, as well as legal representation on labor inspections.
