- Represented corporation against a purported collective action under the ADEA and defeated the plaintiffs’ motion for conditional certification.
- Represented international retailer in a trial involving retaliation claims.
- Represented company against unemployment compensation claims and obtained a ruling that the plaintiff was disqualified from receiving unemployment compensation benefits under Alabama law.
- Represented company against a racial discrimination claim and obtained a jury verdict in favor of the client.
