Erin Eiselein is co-chair of the firm's Health Care Group. She counsels clients on a wide variety of issues facing the health care industry. Representing hospital systems, medical groups, practitioners and community health organizations, Erin has a unique understanding of both the law and the constantly evolving regulatory, political and business issues impacting health care providers. In this dynamic environment, clients can count on Erin to help with compliance on their regulatory obligations and resolve any disputes that may arise.

Erin has extensive complex commercial litigation experience representing health care clients in cases involving contract and tort law, antitrust, consumer protection, False Claims Act (FCA) issues, misappropriation of trade secrets, managed care litigation, employment and real estate disputes. She advises clients on medical staff issues and handles peer review disputes and hearings. Erin has particular knowledge in patient privacy matters, including state data privacy laws and HIPAA, and has testified as an expert witness on these issues.
