What do you focus on?
My practice is focused on complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts, representing clients in various industries in all phases of litigation, mediation, and arbitration. I represent businesses in a diverse range of matters, including statewide class actions, corporate and partnership mergers and dissolutions, labor and employment disputes, health care litigation, and trade secrets actions. My wide-ranging practice allows me to handle a variety of commercial disputes, develop creative strategies for resolution, and ensure that cases run smoothly and efficiently in order to maximize value for my clients.
