I try cases because the law makes sense to me. The harder I work, the better my client’s result. Through the law, I can ensure that my client is treated fairly; a courtroom being the only place on earth where a person can demand a reckless company or careless individual account for their actions.

Over my career, I’ve had the privilege to try cases in Missouri and Illinois state and Federal courts involving birth injuries, medical malpractice, child injuries and fatalities, brain injury, trucking collisions, motorcycle collisions, motor vehicle collisions, defective products, and wrongful death.
