Eric W. Beyer is a partner at SiebenCarey who represents injured people throughout Minnesota, with a particular focus on clients in Duluth and communities across the Northland. Practicing personal injury law since 1998, Eric handles cases involving wrongful death, car and truck accidents, premises liability, product liability, professional negligence, and workers' compensation.
A native of Duluth who grew up along Minnesota's North Shore, Eric earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Duluth before graduating with honors from William Mitchell College of Law. After law school, he returned to Duluth to begin his legal career and spent more than 18 years practicing personal injury law with Falsani, Balmer, Peterson, Quinn & Beyer before joining SiebenCarey's Duluth office in 2016. He is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Eric's experience and standing within Minnesota's legal community have earned recognition from his peers and professional organizations. He was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America® for Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs beginning with the 2027 edition. He has also been recognized as a Minnesota Super Lawyers honoree every year since 2019, following six earlier selections as a Minnesota Rising Stars honoree. In 2003, Minnesota Lawyer named him an Up & Coming Attorney.
Eric's involvement in the legal profession extends beyond his work with clients. In 2023, the Minnesota Supreme Court appointed him to the Commission on Judicial Selection for the Sixth Judicial District, recognizing his experience and standing within the Northland legal community. He has also served in leadership roles with the Minnesota Association for Justice, the Eleventh District Bar Association, and Legal Aid Service of Northeastern Minnesota.
Eric remains deeply connected to the Duluth community where he grew up, built his legal career, and raised his family. Outside of his practice, he enjoys many of the outdoor activities that define life in northern Minnesota, including hockey, curling, canoeing, hiking, camping, biking, and steelhead fishing.
