Eric Rhine is a Houston, Texas attorney with Spagnoletti Law Firm. A native of Beaumont, Texas, he joined the firm in 2016. Mr. Rhine attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with high honors in two years. He double-majored in Government and History and was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Rhine attended Baylor University School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship. Since graduating from law school, he has represented clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including Admiralty and Maritime Law cases, offshore and maritime accidents, aviation accidents, severe automobile and trucking accidents, medical device claims, and terrorist attack litigation.
His experience includes complex litigation and mass tort cases involving metal-on-metal hip implants. He has also represented multiple plaintiffs in lawsuits arising from overseas terrorist attacks and has represented clients from across the United States in claims involving incidents occurring both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Rhine’s practice focuses on litigation involving Admiralty and Maritime Law, personal injury, offshore accidents, aviation accidents, trucking accidents, medical devices, and mass torts.
