Eric Chandler is an Omaha, Nebraska personal injury attorney representing individuals and families affected by serious injuries and wrongful death. His practice at Chandler Conway PC LLO focuses on personal injury litigation for plaintiffs throughout Nebraska, including claims involving car accidents, commercial trucking accidents, construction accidents, workplace injuries, and catastrophic injury cases.

Before entering private practice, Eric served as a prosecutor with the Douglas County Attorney’s Office. His courtroom and trial experience as a former prosecutor continues to shape his approach to representing plaintiffs in complex injury litigation and disputed liability matters.
In 2007, Eric founded The Law Office of Eric R. Chandler, PC, LLO, which later became Chandler Conway PC LLO. Since that time, he has focused his practice on helping accident victims and families throughout Omaha and Nebraska pursue compensation after serious injuries and fatal accidents.
Eric has received recognition from Best Lawyers and The National Trial Lawyers 100, and he has also been recognized in a national 40 Under 40 legal listing. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys. Eric has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
An Omaha native, Eric graduated from Burke High School before earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
