Eric Stoller is an attorney with Kayne Law Group LPA in Columbus, Ohio, focusing his practice on Banking and Finance Law and Real Estate Law. He represents lenders and borrowers in commercial lending and finance matters, including loan transactions, restructurings and workouts, as well as the acquisition, sale and financing of commercial real estate assets.
Eric advises clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including leasing, development, acquisitions, dispositions and real estate financing. He also counsels clients in matters involving distressed assets and troubled loans, assisting lenders, borrowers and purchasers with workout strategies and transactions involving underperforming assets.
Active in the legal and business communities, Eric is a member of ICSC, the Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America for Banking and Finance Law from 2013 through 2027 and for Real Estate Law from 2020 through 2027.
Eric was drawn to the legal profession by its longstanding role in shaping communities, businesses and economic growth. Outside the office, Eric enjoys cycling, skiing and participating in Sports Car Club of America racing events. He also served for nearly 10 years as President of the Board for the local charity Kids ’n Kamp. Eric especially enjoys spending time with his wife, Colleen, and their two sons, including traveling throughout the United States, Canada and Europe and exploring national parks and mountain biking destinations together.
