My practice is focused on representing health care providers, primarily in the area of senior housing (nursing facilities, assisted living, senior apartments). I do transaction work (purchase/sale transactions, leases, management arrangements) and financing work. I also provide general legal counsel to clients in the senior care space, as well as serving clients in health care industries often considered to be ancillary to the senior care industry.
