What do you focus on?
My practice focuses on achieving results in all types of commercial disputes, including claims related to purchase and sale agreements, distribution and marketing agreements, commercial loans and commercial foreclosures. By developing a nuanced understanding of my clients’ businesses and the industries in which they operate, I work to spot potential issues before they arise and build cost-effective strategies to resolve those disputes that remain unavoidable. I have represented nationally recognized clients in the oil and gas, pharmaceutical, banking, and gaming and entertainment industries in both state and federal courts, as well as before arbitrators and mediators.
