Eric Le Quellenec

A specialist in digital law, Éric Le Quellenec has led several large-scale GDPR compliance and digital transformation programs for major French and international corporations.

He advises both software providers and end-users on AI projects, combining risk management with accountability in usage—most tools used in the HR field being classified as high-risk under current regulations.

For large-scale projects such as HRIS or talent and career management systems, he has taken on roles as contract manager and has also handled pre-litigation and litigation matters.

He is regularly involved in vendor or buyer due diligences concerning IT contracts, cybersecurity, and data-related issues.

Éric joined Flichy Grangé Avocats in 2025, contributing to the creation of the firm’s 14th practice group: "Digital, GDPR and AI."

A former member of the Paris Bar Council, he chairs the AI Law & Ethics Committee and holds several expert and vice-presidential roles in European and professional bodies (notably CCBE and Club DPO).
