One memorable moment in Eric’s career came after securing a preliminary injunction for a client in a trademark dispute based entirely on written briefing, which resulted in receiving a UFC championship belt from Dana White. While the stories from litigation can be memorable, Eric is most focused on helping clients solve difficult legal problems and navigate challenging disputes with clarity and strategic direction.
Outside of his legal practice, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing endurance sports, including cycling, mountain biking, and snowboarding. He also enjoys time with his dog, Trajan, and desert tortoise, Milo.
