Eric D. Fader

Eric Fader is a partner at Rivkin Radler LLP in New York, New York, where he focuses his practice on Health Care Law. For more than 35 years, he has advised healthcare providers and other corporate clients on business planning, contractual arrangements, transactional matters, and compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations. His work regularly involves providers of the technical and professional components of intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring (IONM) services; telehealth, teletherapy, and telepharmacy platform providers; Article 28 licensed diagnostic and treatment centers and ambulatory surgery centers; diagnostic imaging centers; urgent care providers; and private medical practices. He also represents provider networks, medical device suppliers, equipment vendors, and revenue cycle management and other healthcare services companies in contractual and regulatory matters.
