Emmanuel Laurin-Légaré’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. He is a seasoned litigator and represents a diverse clientele ranging from individuals to multinationals in a wide array of industries, including telecommunications, renewable energies, real estate and insurance. He is well-versed in various areas of the law, including civil liability, professional liability and class actions. His vast know-how is reflected in the diversity and complexity of the cases he handles. He represents clients before all Québec courts and tribunals, particularly the Superior Court of Québec.

Emmanuel Laurin-Légaré works closely with his clients, helping them plan projects and anticipate contentious situations. Though he favours mediation, arbitration and out-of-court settlements to save time and money for his clients, he also has extensive experience with extraordinary recourse proceedings in litigation.
