Emily E. Landeros is a dedicated and compassionate attorney who is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

An astute negotiator, Emily focuses on achieving her client’s distinct objectives through creative problem-solving. A dedicated advocate who is passionate about the law and her clients, Emily honed her deep trial skills while working for the Hays County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney representing the Department of Family and Protective Services in cases involving abuse and neglect of children. Her experience in trying so many cases at the DA’s Office made her fluent in trial procedure and more confident and comfortable in a courtroom today.

While in law school, Emily served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Catharina Haynes of the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, giving her an inside perspective on how the courts function at the appellate level. She was also a student attorney with the W.W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic, where she represented children as attorney and guardian ad litem in child welfare cases.
