Emily Campbell

Emily Campbell is an associate in our business law group, with a practice focusing on general corporate and commercial matters, as well as infrastructure and construction projects. Her infrastructure practice includes drafting and implementing agreements for a variety of infrastructure and construction contracts, and advising clients on RFP and other procurement processes. Her corporate and commercial practice involves assisting senior counsel with advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, the formation and structuring of businesses, and corporate reorganizations. She also has experience drafting a variety of commercial contracts.
