Attorney at law from the Universidad Intercontinental (UIC) with 20 years of experience in Commercial and Corporate Law. Emilio joined BC&B in 2012 and became an associate of the firm in July 2013. In 2018 he was named junior partner of the firm. He worked during several years in the most important telecommunications company in Mexico and Ibero-America.
He has taught several courses at universities and professional associations. He has published materials for journals related to Commercial and Corporative Law, Privacy and Intellectual Property.
