Litigation - Labor and Employment
Emil Ovbiagele is a powerhouse in both the legal landscape and the entrepreneurial arena. He represents clients in civil litigation and employment law matters, and counsels closely held businesses.
Born in Nigeria and now a beacon in America, his journey is a testament to relentless ambition and achievement. As the dynamic Founder of OVB Law & Consulting, S.C., Emil is a legal gladiator, a trailblazer, and an entrepreneurial visionary.
Imagine graduating at 19, becoming an attorney at 22, and establishing a law firm by 24. That's Emil's story. His expertise in civil litigation and employment law, combined with his pragmatic and charismatic approach, makes him the steadfast eye in the storm for his clients.
But Emil's influence extends beyond the courtroom. His entrepreneurial spirit birthed the Horatio Group, a real estate firm championing senior housing projects and commercial ventures across Wisconsin. His leadership has been acknowledged with prestigious accolades, including the Wisconsin Law Journal’s “Up and Coming Lawyer” and the American Bar Association’s 2022 “On the Rise-Top 40 Young Lawyers” Award.
When he's not teaching as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Marquette University Law School, Emil co-hosts the Wisconsin State Bar podcast, "Bottom Up," demystifying the complexities of business law and litigation.
But who is Emil when the world goes to sleep? He's the guy lip-syncing every Hamilton soundtrack, penning heartfelt poetry, and passionately cheering (or lamenting) his favorite soccer team, Arsenal FC. Emil Ovbiagele is more than his credentials; he's a man of many layers, continually striving for excellence, making a difference in his profession, and serving his community.
