Elliot Kula is an appellate attorney with Kula & Associates PA in North Miami, Florida. His practice is dedicated to appellate practice, litigation support, and complex civil appeals in state and federal courts throughout Florida. Elliot works closely with trial counsel during all phases of litigation to help develop legal strategy, preserve appellate issues, prepare post-trial motions, and present written and oral arguments before appellate courts.
Elliot represents businesses, professionals, and individuals in appeals involving a broad range of civil matters. He has handled cases before every Florida District Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He has also appeared in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. His appellate practice includes appellate briefing, oral argument, litigation consulting, and trial support for complex and high-stakes matters.
Prior to founding his appellate boutique practice in 2011, Elliot was a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, where he served as Administrative Head of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group. His experience includes years of appellate advocacy and collaboration with trial attorneys in commercial litigation, business disputes, and other significant civil cases.
