Elliot Kula is an appellate attorney with Kula & Associates PA in North Miami, Florida. His practice focuses on appellate practice and litigation support in state and federal courts throughout Florida. Elliot works with trial counsel at every stage of litigation to help develop legal strategies, preserve issues for appeal, and present effective written and oral advocacy before appellate courts.
Elliot has represented clients in a wide range of matters before Florida appellate courts, including every District Court of Appeal in the state. He has also argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and appeared in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. His appellate practice includes briefing, oral argument, post-trial motions, and litigation consulting for complex civil matters.
Before founding his appellate boutique practice in 2011, Elliot was a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, where he served as Administrative Head of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group. His background includes years of appellate advocacy and collaboration with trial attorneys in high-stakes litigation and appeals.
