During law school, Ellery was an active member of the Editorial Board of the Alberta Law Review and was a volunteer with Student Legal Services. Ellery summered as a student with Parlee McLaws LLP in 2009. After graduating law school, she articled at the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta before completing her articles with the firm.
Ellery maintains a general litigation practice and is a member of our commercial litigation and insurance litigation practice groups.
Ellery has experience representing both employers and employees in various employment law matters. She also represents clients in construction litigation, including Builders’ Lien matters. Ellery also maintains a general insurance practice, including insurance defence and subrogation. She has a particular interest in providing advice on coverage disputes.
