Ellen Cohen represents the firm Adler Cohen Harvey Wakeman and Guekgeuzian, LLP (ACHW&G) with the Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS), as Plan Counsel for our Legal Advisory Plan (LAP). The LAP offers MMS members limited legal insurance for physicians who need to address issues of concern raised with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine (BRM). Ms. Cohen has been a true advocate for doctors, providing guidance and support during the difficult time when a physician's license to practice medicine may be called into question. Her level of expertise has proven to be invaluable to her clients. With a rapid response, she makes herself available at all times. Ellen has also been a tremendous source of information for the Society, in general. She has participated on numerous panels addressing the medico-legal environment, of which she is acutely aware.
