Elizabeth VonCannon

Elizabeth VonCannon grew up in Aiken, South Carolina, where she was inspired by her father’s work as a plaintiff’s attorney representing individuals harmed by the misconduct of large corporations. From an early age, she developed a strong commitment to standing up for hardworking people and helping them navigate difficult legal situations with care and determination.

Elizabeth earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. After law school, she returned to South Carolina and clerked for the Honorable William A. McKinnon, gaining valuable insight into the judicial process. Her experiences reinforced her decision to focus on personal injury litigation, where she works closely with clients whose lives have been disrupted by accidents and negligence. Elizabeth is driven by the opportunity to pursue fair compensation and help clients move forward after serious injuries.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Elizabeth works with Stewart Law Offices and primarily supports clients from the firm’s Rock Hill location.
