Elizabeth Tovar

Elizabeth Tovar focuses her practice on corporate, M&A, and real estate law. She has advised leading companies, investors, and private equity funds in a wide range of M&A transactions. Her experience also includes advising institutional investors, real estate investment funds, and major companies on all aspects of commercial, residential, retail, and industrial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, development, construction, and joint ventures.

Before joining TASC Law as a founding partner, Elizabeth built her legal career at a prominent U.S. law firm in Mexico City, followed by senior roles at leading Mexican and Spanish firms, where she advised on complex cross-border and domestic transactions.
