Elizabeth Sy

Elizabeth S. Sy is an attorney with Rivkin Radler LLP in Uniondale, New York. Her practice focuses on Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Law, representing businesses and professionals in complex disputes. Elizabeth handles matters in state and federal courts as well as through alternative dispute resolution.

Elizabeth represents clients in a wide range of commercial matters, including shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, real estate disputes, breach of contract claims, and restrictive covenant matters. She also works on issues involving intellectual property and trade secrets. In addition, her practice includes defending attorneys in professional liability matters and addressing insurance coverage and environmental disputes. Elizabeth earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Touro Law Center. During law school, she served as editor-in-chief of the Touro Law Review, where she led a staff of more than 50 students. She also served as Treasurer of the Public Interest Law Organization and as student co-director of the Legal Education Access Program, which supports incoming students in developing foundational academic skills.
