Elizabeth S. Anderson

Beth Anderson is a partner in the Real Estate group at Lubin Olson in San Francisco, California. Her practice centers on Real Estate Law, with an emphasis on commercial real estate transactions and affordable housing development.

Ms. Anderson represents developers and other clients in complex commercial real estate matters, guiding projects through acquisition, rehabilitation, financing, development, and disposition of commercial properties. She regularly works with developer clients on multifamily affordable housing projects that involve layered financing and public funding sources.

Her work includes transactions involving low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, and loans from the California Department of Housing and Community Development and other public agencies. She also assists clients with matters involving programs administered by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, including financing, subsidy, and insurance programs connected to affordable housing developments.
