Elizabeth Merritt focuses her practice on commercial litigation, class action defense, and antitrust litigation. A conscientious and driven problem-solver, Ella works to support the defense and prosecution of high-stakes litigated matters pending in federal and state courts across the country.
Ella graduated summa cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she served as Executive Notes Editor for the Indiana Law Review. During law school, Ella served as a research assistant on tax legislation matters; as an extern in a major felony court; and as a law clerk at MacGill PC.
Ella received her B.A. from Indiana University, where she also minored in Spanish. Ella is an avid equestrian and travel enthusiast. She is licensed in Indiana. In 2027, Ella was recognized by Best Lawyers in the practice area(s) of Commercial Litigation.
