Elizabeth Gray has practiced law in Virginia since 1996, with a focus on estate planning, elder law, special needs planning, guardianships, and estate administration. A graduate of Virginia’s unique Law Reader Program—an apprenticeship alternative to traditional law school—she brings a practical, approachable perspective to her work and tailors every plan to her clients’ individual needs.
A Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) through the National Elder Law Foundation, Elizabeth is also a member of the invitation-only Council of Advanced Practitioners and Special Needs Alliance. She is a past president of the Virginia Chapter (VAELA) of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). She serves on the Board of Directors for The Arc of Northern Virginia.
Elizabeth has earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2012, and Super Lawyers consistently recognizes her in Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, running 5Ks, and caring for her dog, Casper. A former professional violinist, she performed with the Binghamton Symphony Orchestra and the BC Pops Orchestra during her undergraduate years.
