Elizabeth B. Beth regularly counsels clients on entity formation, corporate governance, investment strategy, commercial transactions, and complex contract negotiations. She also manages sophisticated intellectual property portfolios covering copyrights, trademarks, patents, and licensing frameworks. From 2018 through 2023, Beth served in the Georgia House of Representatives for District 95, where she was the only entertainment focused attorney in the legislature. During her tenure, she actively supported policies advancing the film and creative industries and received the Friend of Film Award from the Georgia Screen Entertainment Coalition.
