Elizabeth “Liz” Bailey is an attorney with Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA in Manchester, New Hampshire. She has practiced in the areas of Employment Law, Employment Litigation, and Business Litigation since 1992, advising and representing employers across a wide range of industries. Her clients include private corporations as well as municipalities and counties throughout New Hampshire and the surrounding region.
Liz works closely with management to address day‑to‑day workplace issues and to help organizations comply with federal and state employment laws. She counsels employers on workplace policies, employee discipline, investigations, and other practical strategies designed to reduce the risk of employment disputes. Liz also provides training for supervisors and human resources professionals on employment law compliance and effective workplace practices.
In addition to counseling work, Liz represents employers in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings. Her experience includes defending claims before the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Hampshire Department of Labor, and the New Hampshire Public Employee Labor Relations Board.
