Elissa Brock

Elissa Brock is a member of the Corporate/Commercial group at the Montréal office. Her practice covers an array of business law matters and is focused on mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies. She is skilled at supporting buyers and sellers throughout the entire acquisition, merger or restructuration process.

She acts for clients in many sectors, including venture capital and private equity funds as well as institutional investors. She has gained experience in the fields of manufacturing, telecommunications, entertainment, video games, technology and artificial intelligence. In her practice, Elissa has also advised start-ups on a variety of commercial matters.

Elissa completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Art History at McGill University. She then completed her law degree at Université de Montréal in 2017.
