Elisha Phipps is an Associate Attorney at Monty & Ramirez LLP in Houston, Texas, where her practice focuses on labor and employment law, school law, human resources consulting, and litigation matters. She represents employers in a broad range of workplace disputes and employment-related claims, including wage and hour matters, discrimination allegations, retaliation claims, and workplace policy issues. Elisha also advises employers on compliance and risk management concerns affecting day-to-day business operations.
As part of her labor and employment practice, Elisha represents public and private sector employers before state and federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
