Elisabetta Papa is an Italian and European Patent Attorney and a Community Design Attorney with over 20 years' experience. She is also a qualified European Patent Litigator, admitted to represent clients before Europe’s new Unified Patent Court.
Elisabetta is a partner in Società Italiana Brevetti as well as a member of its Board of Administration. She is also the firm's Head of Patents.
Her practice focuses mainly on biomechanic and biomedical patents and on acting as court expert in patent litigation.
She teaches courses for European patent attorney qualification exams.
