Élaine Laberge-Poirier

Élaine Laberge-Poirier is a partner within the Banking and Finance group. Her practice focuses on the area of banking law. She also advises both financial institutions and borrowers in connection with various types of financing in Quebec and Canada.

Prior to joining Fasken, Élaine practiced with a Canadian financial institution and a regional law firm, where she focused on real estate law, municipal taxation, and financing. Élaine also advised individuals and businesses during civil and commercial litigation.
